At Olivia Jaine, we want you to love your purchase. Because our products are cosmetics and personal care items, certain return conditions apply to maintain hygiene and product integrity.
Return Window
Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date your order is delivered. Return requests submitted after this timeframe may not be approved.

Products that have been opened, used, tampered with, or returned without their original packaging will not be eligible for return or refund.
Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not process direct exchanges.
